HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION
You may book your entire stay through your travel agent and Asiana Airlines Office. Hotel Packages under Asiana Passport to Korea will be sold only to passengers holding Asiana Airlines tickets.

PAYMENT
Please book well in advance, and note that full payment is required 7 working days before departure. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if full payment is not paid by this.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS / TRAVEL DOCUMENT
We cannot be held liable for any illness, delay or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirement. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at Korea.

BAGGAGE
Standard sized baggage which is not exceeding 20 kgs is allowed for each person to Korea. Only one piece of hand standard-size luggage is allowed.

AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

    • All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking and before documents had been issued.

    • No amendment will be accepted within 3 days prior to the departure and no charge can be made after travel has commenced.

The following charged will apply in the event of amendment/ cancellation prior to arrival.

REFUND
Refunds must be applied for within 3 months of the date of your package reservation. After travel had commenced, there will be no refund for any unused air ticket, hotel accommodation, transfers between airport and hotel, breakfast no taken at hotel, either in part or full.

CARRIER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Asiana Airlines and / or their Agents act as Agent only to the transportation service companies and hotel shall not assume any responsibility for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the passenger, whether by reason of defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or in carrying out arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

Asiana Airlines and / or their Agents shall not assume responsibility in connection with any of the aforementioned services or through acts of war, national disturbances or causes of nature or any other act not within the reasonable control of Asiana Airlines, and / or their Agents. The transportation service companies and hotel operators shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomever caused, and of whatever kind occurring on or to the passengers at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the transportation service companies or hotel operators.
